Teagan Parker has been working in the Health & Fitness Industry for eight years. She co-founded S.P.I.N. Health & Fitness in 2016 after graduating from the Australian College of Sports Therapy in 2015 with her Advanced Diploma of Sports Therapy, Diploma of Remedial Massage, and Certificates III & IV in Fitness. Teagan also completed her Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance in 2012, before also completing her Level Two Sports Trainer Certificate in 2013.
Teagan has an interest in Anatomy & Kinesiology, and how functional movement patterns can enhance performance & recovery.
Teagan is a sports fanatic, especially all things cricket, and is the current Melbourne Cricket Club Women’s Head Coach and Captain of the Premier First’s. She also worked with Women’s VFL club St Kilda Sharks for three years as their Head Trainer, tailoring pre-hab programs as well as facilitating any injury rehab/treatment needs.
