At S.P.I.N. Health & Fitness we adapted to the challenges of 2020 in many ways. One of our most exciting additions was our virtual fitness sessions. Our clients talked, and we listened – with the demand being to provide high-intensity workouts, with minimal equipment, able to be performed anywhere that is convenient for each individual.
Our virtual fitness sessions are up to 40 minutes in duration and are run by our qualified and experienced personal training team on various days of the week. We pride ourselves on variety in S.P.I.N sessions that focus on working each area of the body. We also ensure you have a lot of fun along the way!
As well as our group virtual sessions, we can tailor private one-on-one or two-on-one virtual sessions – perfect if you want to work out in the comfort of your own home.
