The qualified and experienced Personal Training team at S.P.I.N. Health & Fitness offer private sessions (one-on-one, or two-on-one), as well as group training sessions (up to 5 clients at a time).
We offer education in injury prevention & apply this knowledge to every P.T. session, making sure that everyone is training in a safe environment, reducing the risk of injuries.
