Most people hear “Boot Camp” and picture Commando yelling at the top of his lungs at clients who are body-crawling through mud.

At S.P.I.N. Health & Fitness we do things a little differently!

Our Boot Camps are targeted at all different fitness levels and emphasise correct technique through circuit training and HIIT sessions. Offered throughout the week at various times of the day, sessions are held both indoors and out in the fresh air.

We are very passionate about injury prevention and are happy to tailor any session to accommodate client needs.

S.P.I.N. prides itself on never producing the same program twice, and believes that variety makes sessions fun as well as getting quality fitness results along the way.
