Massage, Why So Good?

Massage has many physical benefits, whether it be for an athlete or a regular person!
Some of these benefits include, but are not limited to;
- Decreased tension in the muscles
- Improved joint mobility & flexibility
- Reduced stress levels
- Increased mental alertness
- Faster healing of soft tissue injury
Massage also improves circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system, helping to rid the body of nasty toxins and waste products. This then allows the body to circulate more oxygen and nutrients around the body.
It is also extremely beneficial to all kinds of people including, but not limited to, the elderly, pregnant and disabled.
So if you haven’t had a massage, get on to it! You’re missing out!!
